I love that ruffled ribbon Ashley has a very good tutorial here.

And here is a detail with that gorgeous embossed sentiment.



I used some organza ribbon and it looks so nice. I hope you like it too.

Stamps: PTI (Mega Mixed Messages, Polka Dots I), Practicing Creativity (Looking Up).
Ink: PTI (Hawaian Shores, Sweet Blush), Tsukineko (Black)
Others: Buttons (PTI); ribbon, embossing powder clear with glitter.
