Hello again.

It is a long time since I posted something on my blog. I just had some difficult time. I hope my blog readers didn't run away and they would come back to see my work.

For today I have 2 cards for this month contest by Hero Arts. I love Hero Arts stamps and I have quite a few. :-)

This month contest is all about flowers. I have a lot of Hero Arts flower stamps but I decide to make a flower using another stamp.

Color Cue {12} and Moxie Fab

Hello.

Today is one of those days which would be nice to have 40h. But I manage to make some pictures of my sweet girl birthday invitations.

She has now a Lila period. So.......here are the cards:

The color combo is from Color Cue {12} Challenge: Kraft, Lilac, Turquoise and White.
And some are just with a lot of Lilac.

The sweet dress of the little girl is colored with my markers mixed with Glimmer Mist - Iridescent Gold. I love to use this method for coloring, to get a nice soft sparkling effect. So my card is also perfect for Moxie Fab Challenge: The Stamping with Shimmer Spray Challenge.

The nice gold shimmer is very hard to catch in pictures, but in real life is really very, very nice.

Those colors from The Play Date Cafe were so beautiful and I combine them with the challenge from the new Challenge from PTI.

Here is my sweet pink and kraft card.

My favourite PTI stamps and some glitter, a few liquid pearls and a perfect little card was made. I just love it.

Buna ziua tuturor.

am uitat sa adaug si felicitarea pe care am facut-o pentru provocarea nr. 11 de la Scraper in Romania. Pt aceasta provocare trebuia sa folosesc dungi si inimioare. Cumva nu aveam inspiratie pentru felicitari de Valentin, asa ca am facut o felicitare pt o zi de nastere.

Aceasta e felicitarea mea.
Inimioara a fost perforata cu un perforator Fiskars iar fundalul cu dungulite a fost realizat prin lipirea unor benzi de saten multicolore. Apoi panoul rosu a fost lipit cu pernite adezive. Partea inferioara a panoului rosu e stampilata cu un rosu sidefat folosind o stampila PTI cu text. O ramura stampilata in alb sidefat si decorata cu perle lichide echilibreaza coltul din stanga sus.

O zi minunata si nu uitati sa participati la provocarea noastra.

I have a very old w/b printer so I'm not so happy with it, but I do my best with what I have.

For today I have a card for Moxie Fab World: The Gray is the new black Challenge.

A sweet valentine card for my lovely husband.

I love Gray, but in cards ...hm..........I'm a little scared, so I combine this not-my-color with my favorite color: red. I must say I love the result. I made a gorgeous flowers using some Gray organza and a sweet little red button. A small pearl and just perfect.

Hello again.

I like to show you a birthday card. I made it for my friend which has her birthday next week. And also this card is for the final challenge by Everything by the Ki tchen Sink (I would really miss this challenge) and for the birthday card challenge from Moxi e Fab World.

I love the texture of this very simple card. The fine white embossing on the craft is so nice, like the fresh snow from my garden. That textile flower I cut it out with my new dies from Marianne Design, some very nice and really inexpensive dies. They work like charm.

A fine strip of glitter add some more texture to this gorgeous card.Have a nice and crafty day.

Hello!

For today I have a card for a dear friend, her birthday is tomorrow and this card it'll be in her present, too.

I used the color combo from Embellish Magazine Challenge, and I tried my best to get a vintage card.
I stamped the background with a light rust using a nice Hero Arts stamp, and after distressing with the same ink that paper panel, I stamped with music notes using antique linen distress ink. I love the result.

A nice Taft self made rose and some leafs and this is my card and it is also a perfect card for Just us Girls fabric flower challenge . I like it. A lot.

My background is stamped with a nice green using my favourite stamps from PTI. I love these self made organza roses. And this card is for a dear friend. She loves roses, I hope she would like my roses too.

2 Sketches 4 You

Hello again.

I have one more card for today, and this is for 2 Sketches 4 You Challenge.

Here is my card with tons of stamping.

I start with a nice orange cardstock. First I use a lovely butterflies for Discover your Wings set from Taylor Expression and snow white ink. Then with tattered rose distress ink is stamped some text with my favourite stamp set from PTI - Text Style. And with versa mark some polka dots. After that I inked and distressed the front of the card with antique linen distress ink.
For those paper stripes I started with a vintage white card stock. I used broken china, tattered rose and eggplant alcohol ink to get that nice color. Then I stamped with chocolate ink the text style, and with broken china that Damask imagine. Then I distressed with tattered rose.

A sweet imagine from hero arts and that's my card. Hours later. ;-)

This card is also for Crafty Creations Challenge 89 - Show a number.

I'm back again. Our Italy holiday was nice and a little bit relaxing (with 2 little kids you don't get to much rest). Now I'm just hopping to get more time for my hobby.

I made a card using Colour Q Challenge #52 (Congratulations ladies!) sketch but I forgot to use one of their color combos. I use this very not my color combo from the current challenge at Embellish Magazine. All he stamps (except the sentiment) are Hero Arts, this card is also for Caardvarks Challenge.

So, this is my card. I love that soft color combination, I would never make such a combination, but these colors look so grate together.

I must go now, but I'll come latter with some new cards.

I loooooooooveeeeeee polka dots. They are so sweet, so elegant, so ......good for everything. I love them in all sizes and colors.

And A Passion for Papertrey has a challenge with polka dots. Is this not just perfect for all polka dots funs?

I use the single big dot from this PTI stamp set and 4 nice ink colors to stamp the background for this sweet card.

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger

Hello.

Last night I had a nice inspiration and I have a card for Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger Challenge.

Cath has such a gorgeous and colorful pillow as inspiration for this week. Take a look and play too.
I love that mixture of color, and I try my best. This is my card:

I like the result. I stamped a piece of white cardstock with one of the nice motive from Guide Lines Two (PTI) with a lot of colors. Than I cut this in smaller pieces. To give a plus of dimension I used my Martha Stewart scoring board to add two lines, like a border for my panel. The stamped pieces where then adhere between these lines.
For my sentiment I used first white ink, but it was not bold enough, so I use some purple to stamp the sentiment one more time, not exactly overlapping the first one, and I got a nice bold and stripped sentiment. Fun, fun, funny.

Embellish Magazine Color Challenge with Labels

Hello.

I had a not too creative period. I'm somehow not creative these days.
But, I manage, finally, a very beautiful card for Embellish Magazine Color Challenge with Labels.

So, this is my card.I love that designer paper, but I have a problem with designer paper: I can't cut them. I love them so much, and they are so expensive, and...........But I'm working at this problem.

Did you notice the ribbon? I colored it with my lovely chocolate chip ink. Just a little bit, and I got this gorgeous white and brown mixture. Fun, fun, fun. The best way to have a ribbon in the right color.

Here is a close up with one of those delicious hand made roses. I used some Core'dinations paper for them. Lovely.
My label sentiment is in Romanian and means Happy Birthday.

Today was a long day. But tomorrow is Friday so almost week end.

I have a nice card for Embellish Magazine Dimension Color Challenge.

I made a very simple card which I just love. Just take a look:

To add some more dimension, not only a pop the flower with 3-D pads, but I also use different texture for the paper. The blue one is a Core'dinations cardstock with a nice structure. The terracotta flower is colored with PTI ink and got a very nice texture. And for the spring moos one, I just distress a little bit the paper and now is just a little bit fluffy. Fun. Fun.

Hello!

For today I have some monochromatic cards for Caardvarks Core'dinations Challenge and for A Passion for Papertrey Challenge: Pretty Petals and for OCC Challenge - Blooming Blossoms.

Those cards were a small present for my friends at a lady-evening! It was so nice. I hope we will do it again soon.

Here is the green card:

I stamped the nice violet and the little leave on transparent paper and using my white ink pad and a small painting brush I colored the flowers. For masking the score-tape used to adhere the transparent paper on the light green cardstock I used that gorgeous simmering light green ribbon and another strip of Score-tape covered with glitter.

I love the result.

The second card is a turquoise one.

For this one I used some of my new Core'dinations cardstock. I love this cardstock, so many colors and such nice texture. I distressed a little the turquoise paper and then I stamped that gorgeous big violet (PTI) with that new lovely Hawaiian Shores ink.
I love this color. It's so nice and vibrant. Lovely.

So. I have one or two more cards for the monochromatic challenge from Caardvarks.

For today I have a gorgeous card and it fit perfectly with A Passion for Papertrey Challenge: Pretty Petals.

Just take a look and see this beauty.
As you notice my favorite flower and my lovely favorite butterfly make a perfect combination.
The butterfly was stamped once on the card and once on a piece of scrap paper. After I cut it out I "nicely"crumple the paper to get a nice soft filling. Look at this nice butterfly, it has such a silk touch.

For the glitter border I used some scor-tape (1/8") and my Kars fine Glitter. I just love this glitter and today I bought some more in turquoise.

This card is already by my friend and she loves it. So, I'm happy.

I had a no-creative-time. I hope it is over now.

For today I have some cards with no message. Some just so cards.

I love this clean and simple layout. And this butterfly stamp from Taylored Expression is just gorgeous.

For the next card I stamped the pink cardstock with the Background Basics: Text Style from PTI using a very light brown ink (PTI also). Those pearls are my favorite embellishment, they are made with Pearl Maker by Waco, and are really grate because you can have them in each size you like.

Another card with the same layout but another stamp for the same gorgeous stamps set from PTI - Turning a New Leaf.

And here a closer look at those lovely pearls.

This last card is so simple and perfect for every occasion.

Am folosit 3 din cele 6 seturi de stampilute noi pe care le-am luat de la PTI. Sincer stampilutele lor dau dependenta.

Pt fundal am folosit Background Basics: Text Style si arata asa fain. Apoi peste am stampilat in culoare maslinelor spaniole un arabesc asa rasucit. I have a new card for today. Let's say that my sweetheart was so happily talking 2h at the phone with an old friend, that I got the time and the inspiration for a new card. I must say I was too stressed in the past days.

I love this card, it's relaxing and it looks like a spring day.

The card is for Photo Inspiration Challenge by Caardvarks.

I don't like the idea of cage and I decide to use the trajectories for the butterflies, not only from where they come, but also the future ways. I like this idea.
My butterflies are punched from a nice glossy paper, they make a lovely contrast with the distressed edge of the cardstock. For a nice contrast I used my lovely Nanu-Nana ribbon, a nice combination of satin and organza.

And you must trust me this lovely bloom button is not from my daughter blouse. Not this one, but I have some new buttons from her pink blouse. :-)

I have a sweet card for you today. I used this interesting technique presented by Nicole Heady and she has a lot of good news. So go over to Papertrey Ink and take a look.

Here is my card with the gorgeous color combo from Embelish Magaz ine Challenge.

The butterfly is my favorite and it was stamped with embossing ink on white cardstock, and covered with clear embossing powder. My powder has some glitter in and it's so nicely shiny. After heating the powder, I colored with some blue ink the paper, and then wiped out the color from the image. Punched out this gorgeous butterfly and colored the borders with distressing ink from Making Memories.

I like the result.

Hello again.

Here is my very sweet card for PTI Day 2 Challenge. I just love it. Ok, a lot of work, but the result is mega. Thank you very much Becky for this gorgeous imagine.

I printed twice this digi-stamp on light blue and snow white paper (my printer is really old) then I added the blue paper to a white card stock to have an easy to work piece. And then I cut this nice green hand-made paper to the right shape and added to the same card stock.
I colored the picture printed on white paper with my nice Pitt artist pens from Faber-Castell, cut them out and glued them using some pop-ups.

We have again snow. 15 cm!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hura!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with the kids outside and it was grate. I hope this time it will last longer. A month! That it will be grate. I'm just dreaming.

For today I have a lovely card. I was inspired by Kristina Werner (I love to check her blog. She has such nice ideas). Here is my card:

I used so gorgeous BasicGrey paper and my new and very beautiful stamp from Taylored Expressions (Leave a lasting impression) and PTI. And of course my new SU! punch and inks. For the sentiment I used the Distressing kit form Making Memories (this is my last purchase, a real bargain: 10€ the box with 27 piece, reduced from 39.9€ . I'm still trying to learn how to use all those tools.)

The second card for today is for Kristina's Color Inspiration #57 .

A very sweet and simple card, once again with my new stamps from PTI and TE. Is this butterfly not gorgeous????

I have lovely card for the Everything but the Kitchen Sink Chall enge #6.

I had now now the chance to use my favorite wrapping paper. This paper is just gorgeous but has a small problem: I can not use this wonderful paper just as wrapping paper. So my card front was exactly the perfect use of this gorgeous paper.

Hello everybody!

Winter's card drive for the St. Jude kids is such a generous idea, so just make some Valentine cards for those kids.

Here are some of the guidelines from St. Jude hospital and a few of Winter's.

* Cards need to be a Valentine theme.
* Cards can't have anything about 'Get Well Soon', 'Feel Better', or anything reminding them of being sick. (Only Valentine Cards)
* Please make cards that can be used for any gender or age.
* Cards must be able to fit into a 4 1/2 X 5 3/4 envelope. (She will provide clear envelopes for each card, so there is no need to send one with your card.)
* Please send all cards to her at:

* You can include a message in the inside, but please remember, nothing reminding them of being sick. (Maybe just a Valentine sentiment.) You can also sign your name and where you are from.
* She will be excepting cards for the whole month of January. At the end of the month, She will pick random winners for prizes. She will be adding more prizes, often. The more cards you send, the more times your name goes into the drawing. Let your kids get involved too! :)
* Please send a piece of paper with your name, address, email address, and the amount of cards you sent. (It will help, when she has the drawing.)

Hello again.

I'm so happy to have some time for my cards. For today I have a card made out of scraps, then I discovered that Nicole Heady from PTI has a Scrap-tastic Challenge.

I keep all the scraps small and big, and try always to use them. Are not yet sorted but I learned yesterday night a lot of tips from the PTI ladies, so soon I'll have a nice organized scrap department.

Here is my card:

The purple paper is from another project where was not used anymore, and the white "ribbon" is a piece of card stock (the card was to wide for the purple scrap, so I need to cut a small piece).

Ok, the picture is very bad, but you can see the nice glitter of the embossed model and my lovely new glitter paper.
The small dots are just obtained with my fiskars border punch.

The first one is for the Color Throwdown #72 challenge. The color combo is just gorgeous.

The second one is for Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #37. My picture is quite bad, but you must trust me, the ribbon is not red. It's a really nice shade of purple-burgundy.

And the third one is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge #79, with red and gold. My little bell is gold and is soooo sweet. I love this little bell. And its sound is so lovely.

For today I have 2 cards for 2 challenges.

the first one is for ColourQ Challenge #9. I love this color combo. Arielle has such a taste for color combinations.
Somehow the colors don't look to good in this picture. But here is so bad light. I must manage to make a box light.

And the second one is for the Micro Color Challenge from Caardvarks. Such a colorful combination. I like it.
